A direct-to-consumer onesie brand, engineered end to end.
Build a onesie brand that could compete on discovery without a marketplace's traffic. That meant owning the entire funnel — a storefront fast enough to convert cold paid traffic, a catalogue structured for search, and a fulfilment pipeline that could ship internationally without a warehouse team.
The catalogue was modelled around collection intent rather than raw SKUs: character families, animal categories and size/audience facets each got their own indexable surface with deliberate canonical and pagination rules. Rank Math handled schema, sitemaps and internal linking, while a strict template hierarchy kept category pages lean and crawlable.
Product feeds were treated as a product in their own right. Title formulas were tuned per category, attributes mapped to Google's taxonomy, and a recurring disapproval triage loop kept the catalogue eligible. GTM4WP piped WooCommerce events into Google Tag Manager so Meta and Google Ads optimisation ran on real revenue signals rather than proxy events.
Hosting on Pressable gave managed WooCommerce with object caching and a staging-to-production workflow, so theme and plugin changes shipped without gambling on live revenue. On the logistics side, multi-carrier routing across YunExpress, SpeedX and DHL balanced cost against delivery promise per destination.
